pt tgu almost 2hours n half,then went into room num 4---> a doc was waiting there,
took cmplaints..bla2..dyspnea,faint,~~sob at nite~~cold weather??stress??gastric??
~physical exam:eye,mouth,lung auscultation.Everything seems normal
~bp: 115/84
~pulse: 95
~ABG (hb low,mch low)----> fbp (?anemia,?thalassemia)
~BLOOD GLUCOSE TEST---> 6.6 (N) -ve diabetes
~ecg ( t inversion at lead iii n AVF) ----> cardiac enzyme test (heart prob?)
result akn diketahui after a month.
pulmo.htn totally not related.

erghhh...jiwa kacau.patut ase ape??
klas dah stat smlm,hopefully sume lecterurs aku baikhati..
